Starry Arts Schools Terms & Conditions for class program bookings
Please read carefully before completing your enrolment and payment. ‘Class’ in the Conditions of Enrolment stated here refers to any term or school holiday courses for children or adults, delivered in-studio or online.
Starry Arts School reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time. Once the Terms and Conditions have been published on this page, they are effective immediately.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
2. Refunds
a. There are NO refunds for cancellations, withdrawals or missed classes, unless for an extended illness.
b. Class credit will be offered to students and will be valid for 12 months within the enrollment date.
c. Classes are not transferable between other students or siblings.
3. Make-up classes
a. There is a maximum amount of 2 make-up classes per term if you miss a class.
b. The make-up class sessions are limited to our existing available classes and must be scheduled in advance.
c. Make-up classes are not transferable.
4. Missed classes
a. There are no refunds, transfers or credit for missed classes.
b. A make-up session will be offered and must be attended within 2 weeks of the missed class date.
c. Each term’s holiday period will include 2 sessions of make-up lessons.
Student conduct
1. Starry Arts School expects students to respect fellow students and their tutors, artwork and property. Discrimination on the grounds as well as online, of any person’s age, gender, disability or religion will not be tolerated.
a. Individuals deemed to be exhibiting inappropriate behaviour will be removed from the class and parents/guardians will be notified.
Punctuality
1. Students are requested to be punctual for class out of respect for other students and tutors. Students should be escorted to and from class by a parent or guardian and collected at the end of class promptly.
1. Online classes held on Zoom will begin and end promptly.
